Thursday, June 08, 2006what a week. church camp's tmr! that's really soon. it'll be all over before we know it so let's cherish every moment we spend there. really tired man. i'm not exactly done with my packing. global day of prayer was whoa. i think we sang more than we prayed but nevertheless God was moving. be thou my vision haha. alvin was quite excited when he flipped through the booklet and they had the song there. i was out from morning to the next morning haha. left the house early to get down to church for worship practice then it was lunch with the two js. rushed home to shower and i was out again to meet josh at city hall for gdop. went for supper with the whole group at the kopitiam tuning in to 3 different conversations. as i observe esther and nik, i wonder if i was like that when i was p5. oh well. haha.
monday woke up early to go down for training. then rushed off halfway to indoor stadium. it was a waste of time man. did nothing the whole day but walking around and watching matches. then rushed off to meet mummy at her workplace for daddy to pick both of us up to go for dinner. jumbo seafood at east coast. yums. then we walked to the water ski area to check out the place. i asked mummy if she would try if given the chance and she said yes. haha. but then when we read the requirements, it said you have to know how to swim. haha. there goes your chance mum. reached home totally drained.
tuesday woke up early to meet dorothy to go to the stadium. watched the matches till we fell asleep. after that went to ps to meet the rest. xmen was thought provoking. haha. sat with alvin and mark, away from the insanity. charlene is mad. i wonder what she'll do in church camp. oh well.
yesterday had a study date with vic and colleen. met colleen first and she showed me the new sac. it's grand, like some place of interest cos they have a visitor centre or something. we were smart enough to take the shuttle bus to suntec. haha walked over to marina and settled on starbucks. instead of studying, we talked for over an hour until vic came. studied till the guys came. then we walked around in search of a good place for dinner. ended up at carl's junior where colleen could use her coupons haha. as usual vic goes snapping with her cam. snap snap snap. then the 5 of us walked out and colleen spotted the shuttle bus which was leaving so we chased after it. we got up and realised there werent enough seats. so i shared a seat with colleen and james sat on josh. haha. we were quite retarded cos the bus heads to city hall, we were going to the esplanade and we could have just walked. but there's this thing about shuttle bus that colleen has which is really funny. so we got a free ride and walked to the esplanade. doodled around and sat by the river for the rest of the night. we sang, joked, laughed and did all the stupid things by the river. james was pooped and he fell asleep. snap snap snap goes the camera. james did a song on frosty the snowman which had me and colleen laughing like retards. the lights along the river were so pretty. they look like lollipops though. we were all so tired when it was time to go home.
today going down to the stadium again later cos the whole team is catching the matches. even coach is going. ah well. pack my stuff when i get home or something.
tomorrow got to wake up early to get down to church. the camp starts tomorrow. expect the unexpected for camp. what else can i say?
