when two negative doesnt make a positive.
met up with the gang yesterday after months. haha. it's been a long while but i'm glad we're still the same. still as lame as ever. everyone's at different stages of their lives and it's really good that the friendship's still as strong as ever. had a hard time deciding where to go for dinner and when we finally decided on subway, we had a choice between suntec and raffles city. haha but clean and i were tired so once we got a table, we just sat right down. 2 against 2 so james called josh for his deciding vote. though he said suntec, we won in the end. haha. cos we were so reluctant to move. the guys needed space for their wives cos they've got new additions to the family and they're like so big. but too bad. haha. sacrifices. the word of the day. met becky there and ended up going home with her 'cos she lives so near. went to the war memorial park after dinner 'cos the guys wanted to jam. haha we were like 'we thought people go to parks only to 'park tor'.' haha i thought that was quite funny. so the girls took the seats and the guys sat on the floor. haha. special privileges. but the experience's truly memorable. one of the rare times when clean brought her cam, we ended up not taking any pictures. haha.
every year, the presents get more interesting and creative. they gave me a year's supply of stationery filled with lol-lots of love. every item in the bag has a purpose and when they made me take out each item, vic and clean told me the purpose of each item. not only that, they wrote a hundred notes of encouragements and verses for me. man, how can i not go 'aww..'? haha i feel the love man. i told them i have more than a hundred days to A's so if i were to read one everyday, it wouldnt be enough. so james told me to read half everyday so that i would have something to look forward to at the end of the day. i was like -_-. haha. trying to be funny la. sure, i'll practise the 3Rs. haha. all part of project 3G anyway. but seriously, how can anyone not love them? haha.
