i'm about to be jobless. haha. anyway, it's not really a job to begin with. the projectserve term may be ending real soon, but the work doesnt. (: the harvest is still plentiful. mission trip was great. really love the kids there although there are some mischievous ones. i think it's time to create an online photo account. haha. we took so many pictures!
upon arrival, we went grocery shopping at a hypermart near the arrival centre. while queuing at the cashier, i received news regarding release of results. that started a conversation going among us. haha. first day was mostly planning and rehearsal of our lessons. we had a table full of pok mie(cup noodles), bread, biscuits, milo etc. you name it, we have it. we even have nutella. haha. shared room with sarah and elene. great company man. haha. the things we do when we cant sleep plus all the stuff we talked about. haha the sisterhood club.
the first time i saw the kids, i was like whoa. my class had so many boys! with the language being a barrier, i could only ask for their name cos that's the only question i know in bahasa. but as the days passed and more interaction being done, they're quite a cute bunch. i've got my personal favourites. haha. of course, i now know more bahasa words.
every morning's quite standard routine. breakfast, devotion then planning. sometimes we get so tired after an afternoon of lessons that we start talking nonsense after dinner. we just laughed at every comment made. guess that's how we destress. we had time for sightseeing too. highlight of the trip. went to the batam bridge and costa rina beach as well some children's park that's yet to be open. haha. the photos will tell. took many risky photos at the bridge cos we stood in the middle of the road to take them. super cool. experienced and saw many things that would never happen in singapore. like 4 people travelling on a motorbike. it's like wow man. lots of thanksgiving on this trip. great memories. i'll never forget the night when we checked our results together. simply ....
results. something i could never have done without You. so i look to You.
learnt the mass dance for graduation this morning. quite fun as we thought of other stuff for the item. i'm gonna miss all these.
